With this project we intend to innovate in the way we knit socks and manage the entire operation of the factory, with advanced production management software and knitting machines with sensors to collect data.
Objectives, activities and expected results:
Acquire Industry 4.0 software (custom developed) based on the development and parameterisation of an Integrated Web Platform for advanced data analysis;
Company intelligent software for employees and partners to access;
Remote monitoring of production processes: integration with Nautilus software to obtain information from the knitting machines. This portal will be based on the interconnection of existing tables and those to be supplied by others, with a high degree of parameterisation and incorporation into the company.
Monitoring and controlling employee schedules by sector;
Acquisition of equipment for a photographic studio, so that we can digitise all the products and designs created for internal organisation, sorting by client, portfolio and feeding the new platform, which can be accessed by others to check the status of the order and purchase history;
Purchase a 360º digitalprinter machine for tubular fabrics(natural/synthetic). With this equipment we can knit only white socks and print the designs our customers want on them, making it possible to store only white yarn, saving the environment by dyeing yarn in several colors.

Objectives, activities and expected results:
The company Comfysocks Portugal, Unipessoal Lda. was incorporated and started up in October 2020 and is dedicated to the manufacture of high-performance compression socks with a medical base.The company applied for the typology "Creation of a new establishment".With this project, the company intends to create the necessary conditions to respond to the orders it already has in process. In this sense, the implementation of essential investments is planned, namely the adaptation of facilities and investments in the areas: production. packaging, shipping, sustainability, and maintenance.
